Go-induced epilepsy treatment with levetiracetam successfully prevented seizures

There are only a few reports on Go-induced epilepsy. We hereby report case of epilepsy and its ictal electroencephalography (EEG) findings, treatment. A 71-year-old man reported to our hospital for seizures that lasted several minutes after he had played Go approximately an hour. Ictal EEG showed focal bilateral tonic-clonic right parietal origin. He was administered levetiracetam 500 mg before the games, participated without more than year. is considered have onset, it may be controlled with antiepileptic drugs games.
